Okay, here’s the unedited, smoked out, hazed, raw and fucked up instrumental for Hiob, Morlockk Dilemma and Ruffkidd’s track ‘Macheten 2’.

I missed some cues towards the end of the track and kinda lost control over the whole thing …

This right here is a little remix I made. Van Bingen’s other half, Mister Mikko aka Hawak stumbled upon a remix contest from 2010 and grabbed the still available acapella. It’s german, so beware.

I smeared some heavy funk and vinyl crackles on top of it. Somehow I got lost. Enjoy!

Durch den verwirrten Funk-Wolf gedreht. Zutaten: Hawak Acapella finden lassen, Original nich’ kennen (jaja, Scham über mich und meine familiären Ohren), Vokalisten einfach über einen Haufen Samples werfen und stundenlang Knarz- und Knackgeräusche suchen, die alles kaputtkratzen und mit dem Echoeffekt rumspielen.

Yogurts! Is this House? One thing is for sure: whenever I try my hands on house music, I end up with single mixes that are ALL about 12 to 20 minutes long. I don’t know … Let it grow. Smoke some. Lean back, cork open a bottle of red or sparkling white wine or kick of your shoes off, start to dance (if this is even possible with all those weird breaks) or just clean up your flat.
